How long does it take before my order gets shipped?

Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. That being said, it is important to note that the exact production time can differ from order to order.

Standard Shipping

• For US orders - 6-12 business days
• For non-US orders - 5-23 business days

 Express Shipping

• For US orders - 3-5 business days
• For non-US orders - 3-12 business days

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

On occasion, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:

• The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the print providers do not necessarily inform us).

• The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard.

• The order contains 12 or more items.

However, if your order hasn’t been updated or shipped within 7 business days, please get in email our support team - support@dogedash.com.

Import Taxes & Duties

Some countries outside the United States may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.
