Because HELLO Labs merchandise is a 'print on demand service', we unfortunately cannot accept returns at this moment.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

REFUNDS
If a product is delivered with production caused damages, we will ensure the producer of the product refunds the product or you get a full refund. As Doge Dash offers a print-on-demand service, we cannot accept basic returns.
